Good food hygiene is essential to ensure that we are not harmed in any way from the food and drink we consume.  All your staff are food handlers and you have a legal requirement to ensure that you do not cause harm to anyone through bad practice, ignorance or neglect.

This induction course will be part of their training with an e-certificate at the end for you to have to check learning and have for auditing purposes if inspected.
